Tomorrow is day one of my new weight loss program. I’m planning to wake up and go walking by 7 then I’m going to have a whole wheat bagel before I start doing my A&P hw and project. Since I’m going to go surprise my sister and her partner on the 14th I need to get my hw done for the next two weeks and turn in my project which I decided to do about the effects diet and exercise have on the muscles.
I vow to get up like this
I fell asleep at 8pm last night. I thought I would probably wake up around 1am and not be able to fall back asleep. But I was wrong! I woke up at 10:30am. So I must have been like this all night:
When I did finally wake up and look at my clock to see what time it was I was like:
I could not believe how long I slept. But I feel great!!!
